Testimonials

“After many years of “traditional” therapy, our son started working with Joshua Wayne. At first we were hesitant regarding anything that was non-traditional. However, we soon saw wonderful results. For the first time our son felt a connection with the person helping him. More importantly, he respected Joshua’s opinions, thoughts and judgment. To say that the change we have seen is “dramatic” sounds trite, but it is the only way to describe how our son has progressed with Joshua. Our son is now focused, goal oriented and achieving. Working with Joshua has brought out qualities that have been hidden for many years. Our son is now reaching for higher goals and for a life with purpose and direction. Joshua Wayne helped our son recognize and start to achieve his potential. Thank you would never be enough.”

“We had tried a wide variety of therapists and other specialists for our son, few if any of whom made a significant difference in his life. By the time we found Joshua we were in a full-blown crisis. With incredible speed and clarity he was able to identify the dynamic in our family that precipitated and allowed the problem to continue. He then began working intensively with us to get our family back on track. In a very short period of time, he helped us become more at ease and empowered in dealing with our situation. Restoring balance in our home is an ongoing process- and I am so grateful for Joshua’s expert guidance and support in this process. ”

“I learned more about myself in 2 hours with Joshua than I did in 8 years with a variety of different therapists.”

“Just wanted to update and say that the verbal introductions you gave me regards mismatching are really working well with my daughter!  What a turnaround.  I seem to be getting almost immediate compliance now, even in tricky situations!”

“Joshua’s guidance has allowed me to access the point within myself from where I am able and confident to go out into the world as a happy and balanced individual, always being at my beset and making the most of my surroundings. I have had years of therapy prior and nobody has ever come close to stepping into Joshua Wayne’s realm of contact, help, and guidance.”

Joshua has been instrumental in improving the relationship between us and our teenage son by teaching us methods to communicate more effectively and henceforth creating a home environment that is more nurturing and stress-free. We found that traditional therapies were limited in yielding results as our son and therapist only met once a week in an office setting and we had little direct involvement. Joshua’s approach is very dynamic, interactive and hands-on, and he used whatever means necessary to create a positive rapport with our teen. He is very dedicated,  and devotes whatever amount of time is necessary to find solutions to the problems at hand so as to achieve positive results. His easy going demeanor made him a pleasure to work with.

Meeting with you has changed my life dramatically!! I feel like a new man with new energy and a strong personality. You have made me believe more in myself and you have made me appreciate what I have in my life. I loved the way you made me understand that even if we face daily problems, life is still beautiful. Three hours with you have made me think that life is indeed beautiful. Thanks a lot, Joshua!!!

“I cannot tell you how much your advice below has helped and is helping me move forward…I’ve come back to your words many, many times. By doing so, I’m no longer just treading water and struggling with some decisions, as I am improving at holding an internal position, as you suggested. This all came together really within the last couple of weeks and pretty intensely the last couple of days – particularly today. I can’t thank you enough for your insight. So, thanks again – worth more than you may know.

“I was immediately impressed by his command of the situation and ability to negotiate extreme emotions between battling family members. Joshua was instrumental is assisting the family to come up with workable solutions to their problems and then implement changes. He was particularly effective at establishing a high level of rapport with all members of the family and eliciting their cooperation to work constructively with a volatile situation. Joshua is very bright, and demonstrates a highly professional demeanor while not alienating clients with academic jargon.”

“The Peer Leadership presentation that you provided for the 7th and 8th grade students at Little Ferry Memorial School was outstanding! The students learned so much about being a good leader and a positive role model. You relate so well to all of the young teens. The training was both fun, stimulating, and educational. The Municipal Drug Alliance, which has sponsored the program for the past 5 years, highly recommends this training. This should be an essential part of every middle school curriculum.”
